Lift High the Cross
George W. Kitchin
—[Chorus:1]—
Lift high the cross, the love of Christ proclaim
Till all the world adore his sacred Name.
—[Verse:1]—
Led on their way aby this triumphant sign,
The hosts of God in conquering ranks combine.
—[Verse:2]—
Each newborn servant of the Crucified
Bears on the brow the seal of him who died.
—[Verse:3]—
O Lord, once lifted on the glorious tree,

Let them discourse of the glory of your kingdom, and speak of your might

Precious Lord, Take My Hand
Thomas A. Dorsey
—[Verse:1]—
Precious Lord, take my hand, lead me on, let me stand;
I am tried, I am weak, I am worn;
Through the storm, through the night, Lead me on to the light:
Take my hand, precious Lord, lead me home.
—[Verse:2]—
When my way grows dear, Precious Lord, linger near,
When my life is almost gone;
Hear my cry, hear my call, Hold my hand lest I fall:
Take my hand, precious Lord, lead me home.
—[Verse:3]—
When the darkness appears, And the light draws near,
And the day is past and gone,
At the river I stand, Guide my feet, hold my hand:
Take my hand, precious Lord, lead me home.

Prayer of St Francis
Keyboard acc. Randall DeBruyn
—[Verse:1]—
Make me a channel of your peace. Where there is hatred, let me bring your love.
Where there is injury, your pardon, Lord, And where there’s doubt, true faith in you.
—[Verse:2]—
Make me a channel of your peace. Where there’s despair in life, let me bring hope.
Where there is darkness, only light, And where there’s sadness ever Joy.
—[Verse:3]—
O Master, grant that I may never seek, so much to be consoled, as to console,
To be understood, as to understand, To be loved, as to love, with all my soul.
—[Verse:4]—
Make me a channel of your peace. It is in your pardoning that we are pardoned,
In giving of ourselves we receive, and in dying that we’re born to eternal life.

Let There Be Peace on Earth
Sy and Jill Jackson
—[Verse:1]—
Let there be peace on earth and let it begin with me.
Let there be peace on earth, the peace that was meant to be.
With God as our father, we are family.
Let us walk with each other
In perfect harmony.
—[Verse:2]—
Let peace being with me, let this be the moment now.
With every step I take, let this be my solemn vow;
To take each moment and live each moment, in peace eternally
Let there be peace on earth
And let it begin with me.
